We will repair any peeling, blistering, or chipping paint caused by defective workmanship for 24 months after the date of completion.

PAINTING WITH INTEGRITY
The Jay's Painting LLC Warranty is a great example of this: How many painting companies can provide professional service and communication in a world full of contractors?
To make this warranty valid, you must:
Pay the entire contract price.

Allow the contractor or his employees to access the property to make the repairs.

The limited warranty does NOT cover:
All work in which the contractor didn't supply paint or other materials.

Any work that was not done by the contractor.

Surfaces with a rusty appearance or made from or containing galvanized steel.

Repairs to horizontal surfaces and any surface that allows moisture to collect by design. Surfaces can include but not limited to decks, railings and stairs, porches, or roofs, as well as wood gutters.

It is important to match paint exactly as environmental conditions can affect color and finish over time.

No matter if the paint was supplied by the contractor, or by the customer, any repairs that are required because of a defect in paint will be charged to the customer.

Bleeding due to knots, rust, or cedar.

Cracks in plaster, drywall, and wood.

Mill-glazing smooth cedar causes peeling, blistering, or chipping.

Normal wear and tear.

Use or misuse of an abnormal method.

The contractor will need to peel off any layers of paint that were there before the contractor started work and address any structural defects.

Moving or setting.

Substratum moisture content Abrasion, mechanical damages, abrasive cleansing, abuse, damage resulting in the use of chemicals or cleaner agents or exposure to hazardous solids, liquids, or gases.

Fire, explosion, flood or other acts of God, extreme weather, misuse, modifications, abuse, vandalism, or negligence can cause damage or defects in whole or part. This limited warranty covers only the areas that have suffered peeling, blistering, or chipping. It also applies only to the extent of the surface preparation as described in this contract.

This LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE CONTRACTOR'S ONLY EXPRESS WARRANTY. It is in lieu of all other warranties, either express or implied. THIS WARRANTY COVERS ONLY SERVICES THAT THE CONTRACTOR PROVIDES TO THE ORIGINAL BUYER NAMED ON THIS CONTRACT'S FRONT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE CONTRACTOR BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT PRICE. THIS WARRANTY IS INTENDED TO BE INTERRUPTED OR EXTENDED FOR ANY PURPOSES, OTHER THAN IF SET OUT IN A DOCUMENT COMPLETED BY ALL PARTIES.
